The Philadelphia Public League has expanded from 61 to 63 teams
for the 2009-10 season.
There are four divisions based on enrollment: A (15 teams) for
Class AAAA, B (15 teams) for
Class AAA, C (17 teams) for AA, and D (16
teams) for
Class A.
Teams play each member of their divisions in league games.
