Philadelphia's Top All-Time Pros
In Football/Basketball/Baseball

(Products of Public, Catholic and Inter-Ac Schools)

My top selections in the respective sports can be found here: Football - Basketball - Baseball
From those three lists, I selected the top 15 performers (seven in football, five in basketball,
three in baseball -- subjective, I realize) and asked assorted people in sports-related positions
to join me in ranking them from top to bottom. The voters were asked to only consider pro
accomplishments.

Rather early in the voting process, it became evident that we'd have a Great Eight and
that no one except Wilt Chamberlain would place No. 1 on a ballot.
Right below are the members of the Great Eight, the point totals (15 points for first, 14 for
second, etc.) and the spot each guy occupied on the various voters' ballots.
Below that is a list that shows order of finish, and point totals, for the Still-Special Seven.
  Thanks to everyone who participated!
