Steve Picot's Coaching History
Steve Picot, the coach of boys lacrosse at Eastern Regional.
Steve Picot, a product of
Triton High and Rider University, led the boys lacrosse
program at
Eastern Regional High from the time the program made its debut (in the
2003 season) through 2019.
The Vikings did not qualify for the playoffs in the '03 and '04 season,
but did so
in every season from '05 through '18.
Steve stepped down after the '19 season upon taking over as Eastern's
athletic
director. His record in playoffs was 17-14 and his
teams advanced
to semifinals
six times.
Please note . . . Through 2012, the playoffs included teams from all over
New Jersey.
Since then Eastern has competed in the South Jersey playoffs. Always in Group 4
(highest
enrollment classification).
Steve finished with 177 career wins.
