  NOTES: Big weekend for the Huckster! Enough said!! Actually, it really is quite comical watching Pucklehead squirm with so much of the season still left. It appears that he may be on the verge of aborting his ever-popular; let-me-read-Huck’s-mind while I make MY OWN picks theory. Which of course is absolutely pathetic, but are we to expect normal behavior from the certifiable one.   NOTES: Ok, first order of business. I want to apologize in advanced to the legion of local media types whose lives will most certainly be impacted by the arrival of Big Willie Style. Word of advice – Change your cell numbers! Not only will Pucklehead be beating down your doors, but BWS is sure to do the same. When Ted asked me about this new partnership I welcomed it with open arms. Why not, right? Yes, on the surface it might appear to be a no-win situation for yours truly. However, I look at it a little differently. My struggles against Captain Hammerhead have been well chronicled. He has bested me 4 years running. What a better way to throw him off my scent? Bring in a third party. A third party that is equally as effective in pestering and distracting. Brilliant strategy I might say. I’ll manipulate this situation so much that they’ll be at each other’s throats on a weekly basis. It will be a HBO show by week 6. Guaranteed! In closing, I want to wish my two lesser lights the best of luck. But be mindful that I plan on come roaring back in the 2009 season.
  update!! -- on Thursday night, Will sent Huck a text from the Linc. "Only I could run into Puck at a Temple game." Puck isn't part of the cell-phone generation yet -- hell, he stills the Internet "the webline" -- or he would have sent this to Huck. "Yo, cwazy Willie heah. Why he at college game?"
